Refund Policy
Refunds
If you should feel that you are not ready for your Ascension or are otherwise not happy with any of my products or services, I will offer you a refund (with the exception of individual Coaching Sessions that are already completed).
All you need to do is to either send me an email to [email protected] or, in the case of Online Courses from Serapis Light University (SLU), you can initiate a refund yourself from your User Dashboard.

Physical Products
Any and all physical products you want refunded need to be returned first. You will receive your refund as soon as the return has been received and processed.
Digital Products
Any and all digital products are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
Services
Individual 1on1 Coaching Sessions are not refundable as they require my full time investment.
Mentoring Packages are refundable according to their usage / pro-rated. If we have had 2 out of 10 sessions and you decide to cancel, then you will receive a refund for 8 sessions.
