What is a Meditation?
What does it mean to meditate and what is it good for?
A Meditation is a Journey within.
To meditate is to know Your Self.
Every Meditation is an opportunity to connect with your Intuition, your Bodily Wisdom (cellular-biological Intelligence), your Mind, your Heart & your Soul.
Ultimately, every answer you seek lies within You.
Even when you ask an Expert or a Guru, they can only tell you something and make it stick ( even if you just believing in it) if it resonates within You.
Meditating is like connecting to your Soul, your inner Wisdom, putting your Self first and knowing that, even when you are clueless and perhaps even desperate, coming back to the Center of your Being, choosing Stillness over noise, listening to what matters – you will eventually find the answer.
While powerful Spiritual Tools like Plant Medicine can propel your Consciousness forward to incredible heights, it is only through Meditation and other intentional Embodiment Practices that you will reach that state as a baseline – without being dependent on an Adjuvant like the Spirit of the Plant.
Guidelines for a Successful Meditation
- Make sure that you are in a quiet room or natural environment where you will not be disturbed. Phone on silent, no one walking in on You.
2. Be reasonably rested, use the toilet, have a glass of water next to You.
3. The more you meditate, the more you meditate. Practice is everything and the purer your intent and the more determined & focused you are on connecting with your Soul & Spirit, the wider your Stream of Energy and the more powerful your Spiritual Abilities become.
4. Realize that Meditation is like Praying to your Higher Self. Even when you are talking to Spirit Guides, a Divine Entity/Deity of your Choice or someone deceased (their Soul), every Meditation serves the Purpose to help you reach a Higher Level of Consciousness.
5. The most Powerful Meditation is an Ode to your own Divinity. Try to find Gratitude for your Existence, no matter the challenges you currently experience. For then, you can give Gratitude to others and see their Divinity.
6. Enjoy the amazing Process of becoming more conscious by meditating. Meditation is one of the most important and most powerful practices there are!
