Definition of Karma
Karma is the sum of your beliefs that are rooted in Fear, Negativity and therefore Falsehood, disconnecting you from the Truth of your Soul and your Divine Nature.
Karma is all that which is holding you back from being your True Self.
Karma is not a positive construct unlike Eastern Traditions and Religions believe (Good Deeds = Good Karma, Bad Deeds = Bad Karma).
Those beliefs stem from a time of pure duality and are thus far too simplified and coming from a place of lower consciousness – like the imaginary omni-present Man floating in the sky that no one has seen nor heard of in Millenia.
Karma can come in 4 distinct forms – Present Life Karma, Ancestral Karma, Past Life Karma and finally Galactic Karma – which have been laid out in detail in the following article that should be considered necessary supplementation for this Guide.
Ego creates Trauma, Trauma creates Karma
Bringing this Guide to its final and logical conclusion: we began in Part 1 with the Ego – the identity of self away from Love, Light & Truth, disconnected from the Soul – and its Dissolution.
Since our Unconscious Human Identity does not allow for Love to be our Reality, everything we create seems tainted, hurtful and untrue.
This acknowledgment in itself is destroying the Ego.
It is a 5D Truth that is realized through your Heart, allowing your True Self to shine through and manifest.
So we can deduce that the Ego creates Trauma through its unconscious acts and doings as all that the Ego knows is Fear, not Love. By creating Fear, Trauma is being created.
When Trauma becomes stagnant and keeps being repeated, effectively creating an entire Reality and deriving an Identity from it, it becomes Karma.
Just like greasy dishes are so much easier to clean with an instant hot water bath and dish soap, if you choose to let it sit for a day or an entire week, it will become very difficult, arduous and require great effort to break it up and reach a clean state once more.
As such, if you don’t deal with your Ego and your Trauma in a timely manner (your Soul decides what a timely manner means to you – when and how it needs to happen), it will be recycled into your Karma.
The more Karmic Energy you accrue, the more work you will have to do to break it up.
Many more experienced Souls that came to Earth had to spend multiple lifetimes to pay their karmic debt in full – myself included.
Breaking Karma: A Step-by-Step Guide
1. Awareness
The first step in breaking karma is developing awareness.
This means recognizing and acknowledging the problems in your life that cause pain, sorrow, depression, or any negative emotional experience.
Without this awareness, it is impossible to address and heal the karmic patterns that hold you back.
2. Choice
Once you have gained awareness of the karmic issues, the next crucial step is making a conscious choice to break free from them. This choice is powerful and transformative, as it sets the intention to dismantle the karmic prison that binds you. Here are some common examples of karmic beliefs and patterns:
The illusion that money buys happiness
Religious worship and confession while repeating the same cycle over and over again
Making a vow to be faithful and then cheating
Lying instead of speaking the truth
These examples reflect the day-to-day problems many humans face, and making the choice to break free from these patterns can lead to profound changes.
3. Transformation via Action
After making the choice to break free from karma, your reality will begin to shift rapidly.
The universe will start sending signs that guide you step by step towards liberation.
These signs may come in various forms and will guide you towards making the most important decisions in your life, such as:
Leaving a toxic relationship
Quitting a job or entire career
Moving to a different country
Distancing yourself from “friends” and karmic family members
These changes are part of the process of breaking free from karmic bonds and creating a new reality aligned with your True Self.
Ultimately, all these choices serve to make you realize that you have to Love yourSelf first before you can love anyone else.
4. Clarity via Consciousness
The fourth step is gaining clarity via Consciousness.
This involves fully understanding the true nature of the karma and the underlying beliefs that have been influencing your life.
Achieving clarity can be challenging, as it requires facing the harsh truths that were hidden by the karmic beliefs.
It is akin to breaking out of the Matrix and awakening to the reality that was previously obscured.
For example, if there has been sexual abuse within a family, the person who becomes aware and consciously addresses it through healing will disrupt the entire family dynamic.
This process will expose the lies, evil, and problems within the family. If the family is well-known or famous, it could lead to a major scandal.
Often, such situations become gossip for those who seek to hide their own problems by pointing fingers at others.
5. Integration
Fifth and finally: Integration.
Once you have sufficiently worked on and effectively broken up your Karma, you must now integrate the lessons you have learned from it.
True Integration does always necessitate Gratitude.
Truly and honestly feeling grateful can only happen when the energy has been purified through ample Reflection, Meditation and Forgiveness.
If you were to bake an amazing cake that took a lot of effort and skill to create, wouldn’t you feel unhappy if neither you nor anyone else could enjoy it?
If you successfully broke Karma and healed Trauma, it is through the Integration of it that your Life will permanently change and that you shall be set free from all the Negativity that previously governed your existence.
Integration leads to Mastery.
Mastery leads to you becoming a Teacher on and of the matter.
The more you help others with their Karma Breaking and Trauma Healing, the more powerful a Lightworker and the more sought-after a Teacher you become.
The Complexity of Karma
Since Karma, just like Trauma, is such a wide-ranging and deeply transformative aspect of our existence, this article can only provide a starting point for understanding and working on it.
